Shipping Coverage (United States Only)
We currently ship within the United States only.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.
Estimated delivery time within the United States is 4–10 business days, depending on the product and carrier. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping delays do not qualify for cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks.
Incorrect Orders & Address Errors
Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct before checkout, including:
- Shipping address
- Product selection
- Size, color, and quantity
We are not responsible for:
- Orders placed incorrectly
- Lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Failed delivery attempts caused by address errors
These orders are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or replacement.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Weather conditions
- Peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
If You No Longer Want the Item
If you decide you no longer want your item after delivery, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy, subject to the following:
- A $7 flat-rate return shipping fee applies
- Items must meet return eligibility requirements
- No exchanges are offered — approved returns require placing a new order
No Cancellations
All orders are final once placed. We are unable to cancel, modify, or edit orders under any circumstances.
