Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Daisy Chain. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at daisychaincallc@gmail.com.

Return Shipping Fee:

  • A $7 flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • This fee applies to all approved returns.
  • The return shipping fee is non-refundable.

How to Start a Return:
To start a return, you can submit a Request return on your order, or you can contact us at daisychaincallc@gmail.com

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
We want everything to arrive perfectly. Please check your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include photos of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right. Return shipping fee will be waived.

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item:

  • Return the original item following the steps above. 
  • Place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and accurate inventory availability.

❌ Final Sale / No Return Items

Some items are sourced from select vendors and are final sale. These items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

We do not accept returns on:

  • Final sale items
  • Clearance items
  • Some accessories
  • Gift cards
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
